How Long Does Shipping Take?

Orders are dispatched within 1-4 business days. 

Once dispatched you will receive a tracking number for confirmation via email. For all tracking inquiries please contact the shipping company directly. 

Shipping times may vary and are not guaranteed. 

Canadian clients can select $45 CAD flat rate express shipping at the check out

How Do I Fast Track My Order?

If a client requires expedited, express shipping or a special service for an order, they can reach out to support@nextanew.com for a custom quote.

Signature Required: Automatically required for all orders over $500.

Returns

What Is Your Return Policy?

All sale items (purchased both in-store and online) are FINAL SALE.

The shipping cost will not be refunded, and the return must be mailed back to Mine & Yours at the shipper’s own cost. The shipper is responsible for creating their own return labels

The value of the exchange or store credit will not include the cost of shipping

Items returned must be in the original packaging with tags attached and in the same condition as when received by the client.

Can I Cancel My Online Order?

Unfortunately we are usually unable to cancel orders.

However please reach out to support@nextanew.com for assistance.

How Can I Sell My Luxury Items?

30-40% cash buyout – Cheque or E-transfer
50-60% store credit – Never Expires
50-70% consignment for items with a resale value of over $500

Please note premium rates are only offered on certain luxury brands and highly coveted pieces at our buyers’ discretion.

Which Designers Do You Sell?

We accept luxury designer items in good condition.

How Do Your Buyers Price Items?

Our buyers determine pricing based on a combination of factors including the original retail price, its current price on the resale market, condition, and consumer desirability

Will You Discount My Consigned Item?

We try to always contact consignors directly before discounting items. 

However, we do reserve the right to discount your item up to 20%.

Authenticity

Are All of Your Items Authentic?

Yes. We guarantee 100% authenticity for all of our designer pieces.

What Is Your Authentication Process?

Our buying team is trained to a high standard of authentication and examine every item we purchase. In addition, we are also partner with Entrupy who is considered the gold standard of authentication.

Once we have your items in store, besides an in-house authentication we might need to authenticate your item(s) through a third-party authentication service. If they come back as authentic, you will be notified and will be paid out (if not consigned). 

If the item comes back as inauthentic or authenticity can’t be guaranteed, we will charge a fee of $75 which will be either subtracted from your total payout (if you have sold us other items) or we will call you to process your credit card information over the phone.
